On the stones
Laboratory grown, and we say so first.
Every diamond we sell is laboratory grown. Not a simulant, not a substitute, but atomically the same material as a mined stone, with the same hardness, the same refractive index, and the same behaviour under a loupe. A gemmologist needs specialist equipment to tell the difference. You will not tell it across a dinner table.
What changes is the price. The same specification costs a fraction of the mined equivalent, which is why our clients tend to buy the piece they actually wanted rather than the compromise a budget forced on them. Coloured stones are a different matter: our rubies, emeralds and sapphires are natural, and they come certified. Those pieces are marked in the catalogue.
We put this in writing before you ask, because the alternative is letting you find out later. That is not how you build a business on referrals.
